A proud South Jersey native, John Ruga has built more than just a business—he’s built a legacy. Along with his wife Lorie, he is the founder of Northeast Precast, a leading residential and commercial construction firm based in Vineland. Today, John has grown Northeast Precast into one of the largest precast operations in the nation. The company employs over 475 people locally, driving economic growth and innovation across the region.

Since turning pro in 1996, Tiger Woods has redefined greatness—racking up 106 worldwide wins and 15 major championships in a career that’s nothing short of legendary. Sharpen your skills in the cutting-edge performance center, featuring private teaching and hitting bays, a secluded strength and movement room, and a custom club-fitting bay built for precision. And with a massive, undulating putting course stretching over 30,000 square feet, every contour challenges and elevates your game. This isn’t practice—it’s next-level preparation.

Aaron’s offers the perfect place to recharge, surrounded by a dynamic 6-hole loop and boasting 270-degree views of the course. With wrap-around terraces, firepits, outdoor cooking, and an indoor-outdoor bar, it’s designed for relaxed hangouts and mid-round refuels. On the back nine, you’ll find The Dugout—a concrete bunker tucked behind the 14th tee and styled like a classic baseball dugout.
